Kim Goycochea joined Spivak Lipton in 2025 as a Legal Assistant, assisting with needed litigation support for attorneys and paralegals such as preparing legal correspondence, proofreading and formatting documents, assembling litigation documents and filing case documents with the courts and government agencies.

She serves on the firm's file committee, assisting on projects to maintain and upkeep client files.

Kim holds a B.S in Psychology with a Minor in Cognitive Psychology from Saint Peter's University. She is bilingual in English and Spanish, and enjoys using her bilingual skills to effectively communicate with all clients.
