Uan joined Spivak Lipton in 2025 as a Legal Assistant, supporting the firm’s attorneys and paralegals across a variety of litigation matters. His responsibilities include organizing case materials, preparing and reviewing legal documents, coordinating filings with courts and government agencies, and maintaining accurate case records. Uan also assists with the firm’s technology needs, providing IT troubleshooting and helping streamline internal workflows through his strong technical background.
He serves on the firm’s Website and IT Committee, where he contributes his tech knowledge to support digital projects, website updates, and improvements to internal systems.
Uan holds a B.B.A. in Marketing Management from Baruch College and is currently enrolled at Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business, pursuing his M.S. in Business Analytics.
Outside of work, Uan enjoys playing video games and exploring his interests in technology and coding. He is also a strong advocate for voting and civic engagement, and values the opportunity to combine his analytical and technical skills with the collaborative, client-centered work at Spivak Lipton.
