New Associate, Chloe Carter-Daves

Chloe Carter-Daves joined the firm in September 2024. She previously interned with the firm as a Peggy Browning Fund Fellow.

Chloe primarily works with the firm’s benefit fund clients and assists in the representation of pension, annuity, 401(k), and other employee benefit funds.  Chloe also assists the firm’s employment litigation attorneys with advising the firm’s individual and union clients on employment law matters such as paid leave issues, and discrimination and harassment claims.

Chloe enjoys being part of Spivak Lipton’s dynamic legal team and strongly believes that unions and the benefits they provide to their members are integral to the economic prosperity of working people.
