Hope Pordy Discusses “FLSA By the Numbers”

Partner Hope Pordy presented on different aspects and issues related to litigating overtime claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), including Regular Rate Calculations, White Collar Exemptions, Tipped Employees, and the Fluctuating Workweek. Law360 (Nov. 15, 2024) reported that Ms. Pordy explained that the program was geared towards illuminating how worker advocates can assess FLSA claims and ensure their clients obtain an appropriate recovery.  As quoted in Law360, she noted that “there is a lot of complexity to evaluating the value of a case.”
