Partner Gillian Costello represents labor unions, their affiliated benefit plans, and employees in a wide range of industries. She frequently litigates in federal and state court on behalf of unions and employee benefit funds in cases brought under a variety of federal and state labor and employment laws. She also represents unions in collective bargaining and advises unions on all aspects of labor and employment law. Gilly has been with the firm since 1996, and became a partner in 2005.
