Glenda joined Spivak Lipton in October 1998. As an Office Manager, she is responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations and procedures for the firm. Glenda's responsibilities also include litigation support such as preparing legal documents, creating and maintaining client databases, case management, handling client inquiries, etc. Glenda graduated from John Jay College of Criminal Justice with a BS in legal studies and government.

Deborah A. Olarte
Administrative Assistant/Litigation Support
Deborah joined Spivak Lipton in January 2007 after working at the union-side labor and employment law firm of Woodley & McGillivary in Washington, DC. Her responsibilities include assistance in preparing legal correspondence and court documents, creating and maintaining client databases, case management, handling client inquiries, litigation support and assistance with daily office operations. She is also the Spivak Lipton Website Content Editor. Deborah graduated from The Catholic University of America with a Bachelors Degree in Music with a concentration in musical theatre.

Rebecca T. Ishak
Paralegal
Rebecca coordinates and maintains arbitration case files, databases and handles client inquiries. She joined Spivak Lipton in November 2005 and is a graduate from CUNY Baruch College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in human resource management.
Melissa A. Criscione
Billing Administrator
Melissa joined Spivak Lipton in September 1998. Her responsibilities include billing, maintaining case files and client databases; handling client inquiries; and assisting in supervising day to day office operations and procedures.

Paul Klein
Accounting
Paul joined Spivak Lipton in May 2009. His responsibilities include client inquiries, vendor relations, including payroll and employee benefits. Paul graduated from Hunter College with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting.
