Ms. Malave has been with Spivak Lipton since 1998. As Office Manager, Ms. Malave is responsible for managing the day-to day operations and procedures of the office. Her responsibilities also include litigation support such as preparing legal documents, creating and maintaining client databases, case management, handling client inquiries, etc.
Ms. Malave graduated from John Jay College of Criminal Justice with a Bachelors Degree in Science with a concentration in legal studies and government.
Rebecca T. Ishak
Ms. Ishak coordinates and maintains arbitration case files, databases, handles client inquiries and provides litigation support. She joined Spivak Lipton in November 2005 and is a graduate from CUNY Baruch College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in human resource management.

Ms. Landig joined Spivak Lipton in 2013. Her responsibilities include preparing legal correspondence and court documents, providing litigation support, managing case files and handling administrative and daily office operations. Ms. Landig graduated from Hunter College in early 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
Mr. Klein joined Spivak Lipton in May 2009. His responsibilities include Client inquiries, Vendor relations, including payroll and employee benefits. Mr. Klein graduated from Hunter College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Melissa A. Criscione
Ms. Criscione joined Spivak Lipton in September 1998. Her responsibilities include billing, maintaining case files and client databases, handling client inquiries, and assisting in supervising day-to- day office operations and procedures.
Ms. Rodriguez joined Spivak Lipton as a Legal Assistant in early 2014. She comes to us with 20 plus years of experience working in the legal field. Her responsibilities include providing litigation support, preparing legal correspondence, legal documents, case management, translation and assistance with daily office operations.
She is a graduate of Monroe College with a degree in Business Administration.
Joining Spivak Lipton in December of 2014, Ms. Morgan’s responsibilities include assistance in preparing legal correspondence, filing of court documents, calculating damages for FLSA cases, database management and handling administrative and daily office operations. Cara graduated from the University of Vermont in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Political Science.
