Mr. Giolito joined the firm as a partner in 2007 and heads the firm’s West Coast office in Los Angeles.  Prior to joining the firm, he served as General Counsel to the Directors Guild of America and was a founding partner of the firm Stanford, Fagan & Giolito in Atlanta.

Mr. Giolito concentrates on labor, employment, and entertainment law.  Currently, he is the chair of the ABA Committee on Practice and Procedure under the National Labor Relations Act.  He has served as Chair of the Labor and Employment Sections of the State Bar of Georgia and the Atlanta Bar Association and has been a member of the Chairman’s Advisory Commission of the National Labor Relations Board. He is a Chapter Editor of How to Take a Case Before the NLRB published by BNA.     

Mr. Giolito is a frequent author, speaker and lecturer on labor and employment law.  He has appeared on panels and presented papers at the annual ABA Labor and Employment Section CLE and at numerous state and regional meetings.  He has practiced before many state and federal trial and appellate courts, and has handled numerous arbitrations and collective bargaining negotiations in a variety of industries, including entertainment, manufacturing, service and hospitality, ground and air transportation, health care, and public employment.  

Mr. Giolito graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School and S.U.N.Y at Stony Brook.  He was born in New York City and presently lives in Santa Monica, California.
