Mr. Moss joined the firm in 1989 and became a partner in 1990. He received his law degree, cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 1978 and his undergraduate degree in History from Cornell University in 1968. Prior to joining the firm, he taught at New York University School of Law, clerked for the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and was a partner in two other union-side law firms. He has also served as a member of the adjunct faculty at Cornell Law School and Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations, teaching courses in labor law, ERISA and arbitration. He is an appellate specialist, with a success rate of over 90%. Mr. Moss services many of our entertainment industry clients.
