Spivak Lipton’s attorneys represent individual employees, including Executives, across a wide range of industries such as finance, entertainment, sales, law, health care, etc. We negotiate employment agreements and severance agreements, provide advice regarding employment disputes, and file claims with administrative agencies (such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission), litigate court actions, and appear at alternate dispute resolution hearings (such as arbitrations or mediations).

When appropriate, we also carefully assess the merits of any potential legal claims and counsel the client regarding the legal process and likely outcome of taking formal legal action against the employer.
