  • Advise Plan Trustees on Plan design, administration, compliance and regulatory issues, and benefit fund mergers
  • Represent Plan Trustees in their dealings with the Department of Labor (DOL), the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and other regulatory bodies.
  • Litigate cases involving a broad range of ERISA issues including individual benefit claims, fiduciary breach claims, and plan modification and termination issues.
