Ms. Saldaña joined the firm in 1996 and became a partner in 2005.  She received her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 1994, where she was a member of the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics.  She received her undergraduate degree in Economics and English Literature from Rice University in 1990.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Saldaña was an associate of the firm O’Donnell, Schwartz & Anderson PC in Washington, D.C.  She was born in Houston, Texas.
